Creek Harbour is Emaar’s second city — a waterfront masterplan on the historic Dubai Creek, facing the Ras Al Khor flamingo sanctuary on one side and the Downtown skyline on the other. It was conceived as a counterweight to Downtown, and it is the most coherent large-scale residential district Emaar has built since.
The stock is almost entirely apartments, arranged in phased tower clusters around Creek Beach, the marina and the central park. What distinguishes it is the view: units face either the creek and the wildlife sanctuary, or across the water to the Burj Khalifa, and both command premiums. Pricing sits well below Downtown for comparable specification.
Delivery has been steady and the district is now genuinely inhabited rather than a construction site, which materially de-risks the remaining phases. Available projects below.
