A buyer typically reserves with a 10% booking amount, pays the balance in instalments tied to construction milestones, and takes handover years later — often with 40% or more still payable at completion, and in many cases a post-handover tail stretching beyond that. It is a structure that turns a large purchase into a manageable schedule.
The trade-off is that you are buying a plan rather than a finished home, which makes the developer’s track record the single most important variable.
